Each and every date you go on needs to be approached with confidence. If you’re not confident in yourself, things can quickly go south. One of the best ways to get confident in your body is through healthy eating. Not only will healthy eating tone and shape your body but it will also with clearing your skin, as well as improving the quality of your skin and nails.

First, you want to make sure that you’re getting two fistfuls of fruits or vegetables at each meal. For example, you could have porridge with raspberries and blueberries for breakfast, a big salad for lunch and then chicken, mash, peas and carrots for dinner. These will fill you up for little calories whilst nourishing your body with vitamins and minerals. Across your day, try to eat the rainbow. This means eating a variety of different colors as they all supply different micronutrients.

Second, you want to increase your protein intake to 1g per pound of body weight per day. Protein is an extremely satiating macronutrient and is perfect for making your hair and nails look great. Chicken, turkey, eggs, beef, pork and fish are all great sources of protein.

Third, healthy fats are a must. You may think that fat makes you fat but this is a complete lie. In fact, fat is a vital part of food that needs to be eaten and is great for improving your hormonal function. Healthy fats include coconut (and coconut oil), olives (and olive oil), oily fish, egg yolks, nuts, and seeds.

Next, you’ll need a good workout regime to supplement your new healthy diet. Just 3-4 days per week should do it and each workout should focus around a different compound lift or body area. For instance, you could do Monday and Thursday with a lower body focus and Tuesday and Friday with an upper body focus.

Finally, water is one of the healthiest things on this earth. You should aim to drink 6-8 glasses of water per day in order to get the full effects.

If you follow all of these tips then you’ll be in date ready shape in no time. Remember, confidence is one of the sexiest aspects of a person, so even if you’re not the body composition you might want to be, feel confident in yourself anyway.
